To use curling mousse, start with damp, not dripping wet, hair. Apply a generous amount of mousse,
which should be a foam that expands as it sits in your palm, to your roots for volume, then work it down to the ends to clump curls and reduce frizz.
Rake the mousse through your hair with your fingers or a brush, scrunching it upward to help form curls, and then air-dry or diffuse your hair until it's completely dry.
